3 – How do we collect your personal data?

We may collect personal data about you in a number of circumstances, including

6 – Personal data about other people which you provide to us

7 – Transfering your personal data abroad

UniversalAutomation.org is a global association. We may transfer your personal data abroad if required for the Permitted Purposes as described above. As we are a global association, teams and suppliers may have global or multi-country roles, and they can be located anywhere in the world, in countries with different privacy standards than the country of our customers.

• with competent authorities, based on a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to respond to a judicial process, a valid official inquiry, or if otherwise required by law;

Personal data may be kept on our personal data technology systems, those of our contractors or in paper files.
