Schneider Electric Launches Open Recruitment for the EcoStruxure Open Automation Platform (EAE) Ecosystem Co-creation Programme

On 12 May 2026, during the New Ecosystem Partner Summit in Yantai, Schneider Electric launched its EcoStruxure Open Automation Platform (EAE) Ecosystem Co‑creation Programme, opening participation to developers, system integrators, and technology partners.

The programme aims to accelerate the adoption of open, software‑defined automation by fostering collaboration around real industrial challenges. As digital transformation advances, demand is growing for automation systems that are open, flexible, and scalable, supporting faster innovation and deeper IT/OT integration.

Building on a software‑centric, open architecture already deployed across sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, water, logistics, and data centres, the programme enables partners to co-develop solutions, validate use cases, and expand a growing ecosystem of interoperable applications.

As a founding member of UniversalAutomation.org, Schneider Electric reinforces its commitment to openness, interoperability, and ecosystem collaboration, helping drive more agile, innovative, and sustainable industrial systems.
